My stay at the Sweetwater Lift Lodge was quite a mixed bag. While the check-in process was convoluted and left me stressed due to reservation issues, the actual lodge had its merits - it was spacious and comfortable. On the downside, the noise from the hallways was bothersome, and the kitchen left much to be desired in terms of space and cleanliness. Overall, the value for money felt lacking due to the issues I faced.
Rooms
5.0
The room was spacious but the kitchen felt cramped and had cleanliness issues. We faced a retaining wall from our window, which was definitely a letdown.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally helpful and quick to respond to requests, which I appreciated, but there were moments of confusion that added to my frustration.
Location
7.0
The lodge is located about half a mile from Main Street, but the steep walk can be a challenge. However, the free bus system nearby is a definite plus.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was limited since I opted to prepare meals myself, but the kitchen lacked essential items which forced me to request them multiple times.
Facilities
5.0
Some facilities, like the workout room, had issues, including outdated equipment. There were also problems with noise from other guests, which the management seemed to overlook.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable, with a scenic view from my unit and easy access to the free Park City Bus. The friendly staff and amenities like the heated pool and hot tub were great. However, I was disappointed by the lack of a sitting area outside and the cleanliness of the silverware. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially with the proximity to skiing.
Rooms
7.0
The unit I stayed in had a beautiful view, but it was lackluster without any balcony or outdoor sitting space. It had modern amenities, making it comfortable, though the window AC units were noticeable.
Service
8.0
The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, making my experience much better, despite some minor issues in housekeeping.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, just a short walk to the lifts and Main St., making it super convenient for accessing activities and dining. Plus, the bus service right nearby was a big plus.
Dining
5.0
The continental breakfast was quite basic, with mainly pastries and fruit, so it wasn't very satisfying. This could definitely be improved to better match the overall quality of the stay.
Facilities

The heated pool and large hot tub were highlights after a day on the slopes, providing a welcoming space to relax.

I found the Sweetwater Lift Lodge to be a great choice for my stay, especially considering its charming mountain vibe and quick access to the lifts. The room was quite spacious and clean, which I appreciated. However, I did encounter some issues with supplies in the kitchen and the overall decor felt slightly outdated. Still, the warm service made my time enjoyable, and the location couldn't have been better for skiing.

I found the hotel to be a great value overall, with a spacious and comfortable suite that had all the kitchen essentials. The events organized by the hotel were a nice touch and made for a friendly atmosphere. However, I did experience some mix-ups with my booking, and it was unfortunate that the furnishings were a bit worn. The dining options were quite limited, which was a letdown.
Rooms

The suite was spacious and had everything we needed, but the furnishings were dated and could use some love.

My stay at the hotel was quite underwhelming. While the location is convenient, particularly for accessing Park City Mountain resort and nearby restaurants, the room conditions and overall amenities left much to be desired. The facilities need significant updating, and the dining experience could definitely be improved as well. Despite the friendly staff, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless significant changes are made.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were old and in desperate need of renovation. The carpet had stains, and I experienced issues with maintenance such as a broken sink drain and a problematic toilet flush. It felt cramped, and the lack of natural light made it feel cave-like.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and attentive, doing their best to resolve issues, but it didn't entirely make up for the room's condition.
Location
9.0
The location is definitely one of the highlights; it's very close to the Park City Mountain resort and other local restaurants, making it easy to get around.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was quite disappointing with poor food options, and the breakfast offerings left a lot to be desired.
Facilities

The facilities were not well maintained; the pool area was dated, and the hot tub was out of order during my stay, which was a bummer.
